A standards-based curriculum and teaching strategy that uses rhythm and movement to engage all learners in your classroom. When kids have a whole-body learning experience that is aligned with grade-level curriculum standards, they:

Mindful Rhythm Movements is a teaching program developed to teach through a whole body experience. It started as a classroom management strategy and developed into a teaching tool and a set of movement exercises that ties into the main ideas being taught. This particular set of movements ties into the science curriculum I teach. With the movements. rhythm, and spoken word, kids learn through movements and chants in addition to labs and textbooks.
